Please review the following payment guidelines when using the online contract system:

Payment Schedule
$500 Deposit — Due Jan 30, 2026
$500 of the total booth space fee is due by date of contract(s) submission or by Jan 30, 2026, whichever is earlier. This is a non-refundable fee.
35% — Due Jan 31, 2026
35% of the total booth space fee is due by Jan 31, 2026. Exhibitor is liable for 35% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee.
75% — Due Apr 24, 2026
75% of the total booth space fee is due by Apr 24, 2026. Exhibitor is liable for 75% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee.
100% — Due Aug 21, 2026
100% of the total booth space is due by Aug 21, 2026. Exhibitor is liable for 100% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee.
💳 Initial booth processing fees must be paid by credit card or electronic check. Check or wire transfers are also accepted.
