Please review the following instructions and guidelines to assist you in using our online contract site:

  • 10% due with contract - this is a non-refundable processing fee.
  • 50% due by August 24th, 2023 - exhibitor is liable for 50% of total contract for cancellations or reductions after this date.
  • 100% due by October 24th, 2023 - exhibitor is liable for 100% of total contract for cancellations or reductions after this date.

The initial booth-processing fee must be made using a credit card or electronic check, or the option to send a check or a wire transfer.
