The Impressions Expo conference is designed to foster professional growth within the decorated apparel industry. Discover the latest trends, technologies, demonstrations, techniques, new product lines and workshops programs to help grow your business.

Please review the following instructions and guidelines to assist you in using our online contract site:

  • 10% of the total booth space fee is due by date of contract(s) submission or by April 21, 2025, whichever is earlier - This is a non-refundable fee
  • 30% of the total booth space fee is due by June 20, 2025 - exhibitor is liable for 30% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee
  • 70% of the total booth space fee is due by June 21, 2025 - exhibitor is liable for 70% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee
  • 100% of the total booth space is due by December 19, 2025 - exhibitor is liable for 100% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee.

The initial booth-processing fee must be made using a credit card or electronic check, or the option to send a check or a wire transfer.
