Please review the following instructions and guidelines to assist you in using our online contract site:
- 10% of the total booth space fee is due by date of contract(s) submission or by April 21, 2025, whichever is earlier - This is a non-refundable fee
- 30% of the total booth space fee is due by June 20, 2025 - exhibitor is liable for 30% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee
- 70% of the total booth space fee is due by June 21, 2025 - exhibitor is liable for 70% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee
- 100% of the total booth space is due by December 19, 2025 - exhibitor is liable for 100% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee.
The initial booth-processing fee must be made using a credit card or electronic check, or the option to send a check or a wire transfer.
