Please review the following instructions and guidelines to assist you in using our online contract site:
Booth Payment Schedule:
- 10% of the total booth space fee is due by date of contract(s) submission or by October 16, 2024 , whichever is earlier - This is a non-refundable fee
- 50% of the total booth space fee is due by October 17, 2024 - exhibitor is liable for 50% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee
- 100% of the total booth space is due by December 12, 2024 - exhibitor is liable for 100% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee.
The initial booth-processing fee must be made using a credit card or electronic check, or the option to send a check or a wire transfer.
