Please review the following instructions and guidelines to assist you in using our online contract site:

• $50 deposit due with contracts - this is a non-refundable processing fee which is applied to total balance due.
• 20% due by March 23^rd, 2022 - exhibitor is liable for 20% of total contract for cancellations or reductions after this date.
• 40% due by August 24^th, 2022 - exhibitor is liable for 40% of total contract for cancellations or reductions after this date.
• 100% due by October 24^th, 2022 - exhibitor is liable for 100% of total contract for cancellations or reductions after this date.

The initial booth-processing fee must be made using a credit card or electronic check, or the option to send a check or a wire transfer.
